About Lighthouse Carwash

Lighthouse Carwash is one of the car washes listed in Pompano Beach, Florida. The business is registered at 1048 Sample Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

In Pompano Beach, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Florida, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (954) 614-3587. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 414 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Pompano Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Pompano Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Paid $16 for a premium car wash in the touchless car wash. The wash itself was not worth the $16 especially compared to some of the other touchless wash facilities in the area. The machine is old, has very low pressure spray, is asthmatic with soap delivery, and squeaks and knocks so bad I thought it was going to collapse on my vehicle. The truck was still pretty grimy after the wash was complete, probably not much better than after an afternoon rain shower. The manual wash bays might be better, but they look pretty old and worn out as well. Overall I would say use another facility for a automatic touchless wash.

This carwash is trash/BASURA! Atm's on vacuums do not work and vacuum suction is very minimal. So minimal that it was struggling to suck dog hair. I tried EVERY SINGLE vacuum with an atm and NOT ONE worked. Don't waste ur time here. They obviously don't care to service maintain their shit

The soap setting is just high pressure water, no soap. The brush is so soft. Couldn't get bug guts off. Had no problem a week ago at a different car wash.

The carpet shampoo. For us, would not use it again at this car wash. While the shampoo works, the extraction is a no go. Just the same vacuum as the other stalls. Not enough extraction, not enough suction to remove the shampoo/dirt. It will suck up dirt from areas that you did not shampoo but still not enough suction even then. Spent $11,00 for absolutely nothing. Could have went to an auto part store and bought 2 cans.of auto car shampoo less than $11,00 and gone home and used our home vacuum which has twice the extraction/suction which is what I ended up doing.
